Janet and Roscoe in Manito Park, October 2005
Janet and U-CD Am/Can CD Ca-Ji's Roscoe of Commanche TD
Sire: CaJi's Commanche v Sensenstein
Dam: Ca-Ji's Crestalines Syrah

Roscoe lost his battle this morning. He had a bad weekend and he told me "it was time." With the help of Dr Kerry Fisher, Roscoe took his last breath with his head on my lap at 8:30 this morning. He was such a strong fighter, as I'm sure he lasted a lot longer than others in his condition. Dr Fisher kept him comfortable with acupuncture and Chinese herbs for the last four months. I believe he was in no pain until just yesterday.

I will miss him so much, as will many others. He was such a social butterfly and loved to schmooz with anyone that was interested. It's been a hard day, but Zoe and Anja have been a big comfort.

Thank you, Carol, for producing such a wonderful boy for me to share my life with. Roscoe was the perfect "Novice A" dog for me to start my showing career. He became U-CD Am/Can CD Ca-Ji's Roscoe of Commanche TD, but, most importantly, he was just my Roscoe dog. He would have been twelve years and four months on the 19th of January, 2006, and will forever have a special place in my heart.
